Inviting writers and commentators
One of the great advantages of OER Write is that multiple people can work on the same document online and comment at the same time.
When inviting new users, you can enter the email addresses of new users. Existing users can also be added by name.
Permissions
Users can be invited to a single document using the button at the top of the document screen. This video will show more about this process.
Users can also be added at the folder level and can edit (if that user is a writer) and comment on (if that user is a writer or commenter) all documents in the immediate folder and underlying folders. The following video will show more about that process.
Note: Writers can invite other writers, and also add commentators.
Note: Commentators themselves can also add other commentators.
