Login
You’ve been invited to get started as a commentator in Docfield. You’ll receive an invitation link in your email inbox.
- Invited as a guest:
Each time you want to log in, you’ll receive a new link via email. This link takes you directly to the environment. Note: Once you set a password, you will no longer receive these email links and will log in using your email address and password. - Invited as a member:
You’ll receive a link that allows you to set a new password. After that, you can log in using your email address and password.

Overview
If you’ve been invited to a document or template and click the link in the email, you’ll be taken directly to the correct location in Docfield and can proceed to the next step. If you log in via the login page, you’ll enter the organization’s environment. At the top, you’ll find the navigation bar, which allows you to access the document or template overview. Here, you can see all templates and documents you have access to. From these overviews, you can open a template or document to get started.

Working with Templates and Documents
Once you’ve opened a template or document to view, you can leave comments.
How to add a comment:
Hover your mouse over the block where you want to leave a comment.
Click the comment icon to the right of the block and write your comment.
You can also select a specific word or piece of text and then click the comment icon. The selected part will be highlighted in yellow, showing exactly what the comment refers to.
