Owners or users with full access to a resource (template, document or folder) can add or remove other users' access in addition to their own.


To change or remove the access, you can take the following steps:

  1. Click in the navigation bar on "Users".
  2. Find the name of the user you want to change and click on their name to see the profile.
  3. Click on "Local access". There you will see an overview of all resources a user has access to.
  4. Find the relevant resource and click on the access level drop-down menu. Now you can change or remove the access of the user.
