Owners or users with full access to a resource (template, document or folder) can add or remove other users' access in addition to their own.
To change or remove the access, you can take the following steps:
- Click in the navigation bar on "Users".
- Find the name of the user you want to change and click on their name to see the profile.
- Click on "Local access". There you will see an overview of all resources a user has access to.
- Find the relevant resource and click on the access level drop-down menu. Now you can change or remove the access of the user.
