Editable Text

As the name suggests, this text block is editable in the document. A text can be inserted here that can be modified by the document writers.

To add an editable text block, hover over the text block under which you want to add it. Click on the plus "+" and then on "Editable text" in the menu.

Here the text can be filled in, where adjustments can be made at document level. When creating an editable text block, either required completion or optional completion can be chosen. 

It is clear from the template that a text block is editable by the coloured border to the left of the text block, as a static text block does not have this.

A required fillable text block has a blue border on the left.

An optional fillable text block has a grey border on the left.

This is what the document writer sees while completing the document. The text can be modified and saved. An editable text must be ticked off by the writer by clicking on the bullet on the right.
