Static text block
Static text blocks are used to put text in the template that can only be written at template level. So this text cannot be modified by a document writer. A static text block can also contain a smart field, for example. See also this article.
To add a static text block, hover over the plus (+) of the block under which you want to add it and click 'Static text'.
Here, as a template writer, you can now insert the text.
