Creating a new document:

  1. At the top of the navigation bar, click 'Documents'.
  2. At the top left of the document overview, click '+ New document'.


Next, you fill in the following data:

  • Name: Give the document a unique name.
  • Template: Select the template you want to use as the basis for this document.
  • Programme: Select at least 1 programme you want to link to the document.
  • Folder: Select the folder for this document here. You can also add a document to a folder that is open, in this case you do not need to select a folder here.
  • Style: Choose a style (you can edit/create a style via settings at the top right).
  • Click 'Create document' to create the document.


Note: Documents are based on templates and linked to a programme.
